Please do your research on crooked Joe Greshner. I paid him $2,000 retainer fee to help me establish paternity and he NEVER DELIVERED and KEPT MY MONEY. Bad news
I hired Mr. Greschner a couple of years ago and still paying the price for his bad representation. He filed the wrong motion on a Petition which ended up lost in the system. I had to hire another attorney to file Amendments to his petition. Also at the hearing he showed no control of his emotions, ...

not for divorce!
Hired him for divorce procedures, had no idea how to handle final decree. He said he was sorry and then referred me to someone else. Just left me hanging! Do not hire him!

Replied last January 12, 2015That is ABSOLUTELY false. This is why Family Law Counsel require retainers in advance, clients who say they will pay and to trust them and then attack you when you ask for the fees you have earned. No client's are ever referred to another attorney by my firm in family law cases unless they are sent to Legal Aid. Final Judgments are done with no problems all the time. Please take responsibility for your situation in life and keep your undeserved animosity for same to yourself.
