Aug 11, 2017OUTCOME: After an evidentiary hearing, the court gave custody to Father and visitation to Mother.
Mother had been the primary caretaker of the parties' 5 year old son, although this was because she often withheld the child from his father. Mother decided to move approximately 120 miles away from F ... ather when she married in Spring 2017. Mother had a two year old and newborn baby from different relationships. Family Court Services recommended that Mother be allowed to move with the child and gave Father visitation, which was less than the time he already had.
