Attorney Pamela Helton made an offer to do a second day of trial “family law” for a fixed price and accept payment. Then asked for more money 90 days later. When I didn’t pay her she quit 3 weeks before the second day of trial. She was paid about $12,000.00 and didn’t return payment paid to her for s...econd day of trial.

I paid Pam Helton $12,000 for a simple divorce. No kids, no debts, no property to divide and she told me the fee would cover me thru trial. I did not go to trial, not even depositions and she said I owed her more. I have a problem with honesty, especially when I asked 3 times if the $12,000 was en...ough. "Sure, it will take us thru trial", she said. I do not recommend her to anyone.
