Pamela Jean Helton

My divorce/custody case was complicated and I really needed a good attorney. Mrs. Helton was very good in court and she allowed me to pay my retainer in payments. Her office (or her) called and told me what was happening on my case regularly. I just finished my case with her and I'm happy with the re...sults. I definitely recommend her as an attorney!

I paid Pam Helton $12,000 for a simple divorce. No kids, no debts, no property to divide and she told me the fee would cover me thru trial. I did not go to trial, not even depositions and she said I owed her more. I have a problem with honesty, especially when I asked 3 times if the $12,000 was en...ough. "Sure, it will take us thru trial", she said. I do not recommend her to anyone.

I went to another attorney in Clermont who had recently graduated from law school before I went to Mrs. Helton. He did a horrible job and I thought I was going to lose everything to my ex. I went to Mrs. Helton to get a second opinion on what to do with my divorce after seeing her name everywhere. Sh...e took my case over and straightened it out. She is tough and the other attorneys seem to be very intimidated by her, which was awesome. She did a great job and I was happy I didn't let things keep going downhill with the other guy. Mrs. Helton's experience and knowledge saved my life.
