When I went in for my consultation she promised me she would fight for my rights, every time I requested something I would get an invoice to the point I was scared to ask her or her office a question, the only hearing we went to she was very unprofessional and the judge gave her the nastiest glare I'...ve ever seen. I feel it made me look bad by having her represent me, I ended up settling for way less then I deserved only because I could not come up with another 8-12k.

Attorney Helton is not one to be trusted with your family, time or legal problems. I paid her over $5000 and she did nothing but waste my time. I never got my hearing she agreed to as she wanted more money to proceed on my case after doing nothing. She blamed her associate attorney an staff for le...gal problems on my case. She is ruthless, insincere and not a trustworthy attorney.

Attorney Pamela Helton made an offer to do a second day of trial “family law” for a fixed price and accept payment. Then asked for more money 90 days later. When I didn’t pay her she quit 3 weeks before the second day of trial. She was paid about $12,000.00 and didn’t return payment paid to her for s...econd day of trial.
