Biography
Wade Boyette, JD, LLM was born in Estill, South Carolina in 1967, and has lived in Lake County since 1994. He made his mark in Lake County with a strong transactional law practice. He is responsible for organizing many of the local businesses as the area grew immensely, as well as participating with many local charitable and nonprofit organizations. Prior to moving to Lake County, Mr. Boyette practiced tax accounting in the big Six accounting firm Coopers and Lybrand in Jacksonville, FL.
Mr. Boyette graduated from Georgia Southern University in 1989 with a B.S. Degree in Accounting; from Mercer University with a J.D. Degree in 1991; and from University of Florida with a Masters in Taxation in 1993. He is an active member of The Florida Bar and the Lake County Bar Association, and a member of The Georgia Bar Association.

Estate Planning Issue
Wade offered invaluable advice about probate and estate issues. This man is a wealth of knowledge and his advice saves the headache of losing any inheritance because of probate. I would use him again without reservation.

Great Attorney
Wade Boyette was awesome. I was nervous about seeing a lawyer but he made me feel comfortable and at the end of it all he helped me recieve more than I could have hoped for. I highly recomend this man.
