Dominic Richard Scavo

Dominic grew up in Hornell, New York, a small town located in the Finger Lakes region of Western New York. As a child, Dominic was intrigued by the legal system and set goals and aspirations to become an attorney. In 2016, Dominic graduated cum laude from Alfred University (New York) where he majored in Political Science and minored in Economics while simultaneously playing collegiate football. After graduating from Alfred University, Dominic moved to Florida and in 2019, Dominic graduated cum laude from Stetson University College of Law.  During his time at Stetson Law, Dominic gained valuable insight into our legal system by serving as a judicial intern to the Honorable Edward C. LaRose of Florida’s Second District Court of Appeal. Additionally, Dominic served as vice-president of the Entertainment and Sports Law Society and a Governor of The Florida Bar Young Lawyers Division. 

Due to Dominic's significant injury history, he has an unusual understanding of what his clients are going through and how best to serve their needs. Dominic suffered a fractured left femur, broken right elbow, and shattered thumb. Additionally, Dominic has undergone surgery on his lumbar spine (laminectomy/discectomy), left knee (meniscus tear), nose, right shoulder (debridement), and left femur. These daunting experiences allow Dominic to empathize with his clients while simultaneously fighting on their behalf. 

Dominic currently resides in Saint Petersburg, Florida where he enjoys spending time with his adopted Pitbull, Storm, and watching his New York Mets and New York Jets.
