Joshua Ryan Lipton

Joshua R. Lipton is a graduate of The University of Central Florida, earning his B.S. degree in Legal Studies with a Minor in Criminal Justice. While at college in Orlando, Mr. Lipton also attained his Florida motorcycle endorsement after taking the Motorcycle Safety Foundation course at Orlando Harley-Davidson. Mr. Lipton earned his Juris Doctorate at Stetson University College of Law in Gulfport, Florida. Stetson is consistently ranked as one of the top law schools in the nation for trial advocacy and legal research/writing. Mr. Lipton began his career working as a law clerk for various law firms, including the Fran Haasch Law Group. After passing the Florida Bar, Mr. Lipton joined the Fran Haasch Law Group as an attorney and has been with the firm ever since.

Mr. Lipton is admitted to practice law in the state courts of Florida. Mr. Lipton currently holds memberships in the Florida Justice Association (Formerly Academy of Florida Trial Lawyers), the Florida Bar, and the American Bar Association. Mr. Lipton handles cases in the areas of Auto Accidents, Motorcycle Accidents, Wrongful Death, Trucking Accidents, Bicycle Accidents, and Pedestrian Accidents. Mr. Lipton understands that pursuing a legal claim may be an overwhelming process for clients. As a result, Mr. Lipton strongly believes in keeping open channels of communication with clients in order to address any questions or concerns.

Recognizing the importance of leading a balanced lifestyle, Mr. Lipton values the time he spends with his beautiful wife, Jennifer, and their two dogs, Charlotte and Mojo. Mr. Lipton also enjoys golfing, swimming, target shooting, and riding his motorcycle in his spare time.
