Time and time again Courtney let poor conduct go on for my child. She has zero backbone and let her own personal story of growing up with not the best father and her disable sister get in the way of advocating for what is truly right and healthy for a child. I guess because of her own struggle and b...eing an attorney makes her feel like kids and co-parents should have to go through whatever craziness and that it’s worth all the costs. She will cow tow when she gets threatened or deals with a more contentious divorce and parents. She also does not have any kids of her and does not realize what it takes to parent or what it would take to co-parent. Regarding any legality of family law, especially more contentious situations, or most importantly, advocating for a child, I highly recommend you find a much more passionate and logical attorney that has a backbone and will take a clear opinion for what is right for a child. She will write one thing and say something else all together that contradicts her stance on the situation too. She also has an arrogance to her that she does not err and is unable to see the bigger picture and look at what a child needs and what is happening.

Courtney Caddeo and her firm miserably failed my case and cost me tens of thousands of dollars and did not represent me well in front of the judge. In fact every time Courtney spoke in front of the judge, she was quiet and allowed opposing counsel to lie and did not advocate for me. Ultimately she lo...st my case which created even more financial distress. The only thing that I can say she was good at and did promptly was to send over the monthly bill. I do not recommend Courtney and feel as though she is unsafe to use if you are trying to advocate for a fair parenting plan. You will not be able to protect yourself and your children using Courtney Caddeo.
