A domestic violence charge cannot be sealed if you pled to it, regardless of whether adjudication was withheld. So it will likely stay on your record.

Sure. The police will take calls from anyone. However, your relationship is not necessarily illegal.
If a 18 year old boy have a friend that is a 13 year old girl and they hug is that against the law

If they are convictions for infractions, sometimes it is possible to ask the court to review them for amended dispositions

You can try once again to set up a payment plan with the clerk of court. Otherwise you will just have to save and pay it down slowly
