No time for you

He will run your bill up, and not listen to your needs. He will continue to disregard your instructions and will not be your advocate. He has no time for you and will charge you for literally doing nothing on your case. I had to ask him multiple times to do most things and he would charge each email ...and response while not actually doing what I asked. Then, after he has your money, he will not respond to any follow up. 4 or so times asking to reach out to the other attorney and he would respond with just wait and be patient charging for each email or call, then finally would get tired of me asking (or maybe he felt he made enough off me) and he would reach out and the solution was made in seconds. I did the work, he did nothing. I have the emails.

Since I am not sure as to who you are, I can neither defend/explain myself to you nor pinpoint exactly what it is you are unhappy about. While I empathize with your comments and understand perceptions about why things occur in a representation can vary, this is not how I deal with clients, if you read what other people who have utilized my services have written in this forum. I would welcome the opportunity to review with you where you feel you I did not listen or not respond to your requests. I wish I would have found Mr. Finelli sooner!

I wish I had found Mr. Finelli sooner. Scott took the time to listen and understand me and took a genuine interest in helping resolve my case with the best outcome. He worked with me and spent the time necessary to hear what I had to say. He is knowledgeable, responsive and a good person. I defin...itely recommend Mr. Finelli.
