A Trusted Adviser and Strategic Partner

Scott gave me hope when I had been told by so many other attorneys that my case was hopeless. After 8 years of divorce, I had enough of an ex-wife who was unwilling to allow me any say in the education and upbringing of my 2 children. Scott genuinely empathized with my situation. Scott valued my i...nput and, as my trusted adviser, we crafted a strategy to lower child support and make a bid to reverse the established custodianship. It took 16 months! However, I received more than I ever hoped. I won full custodianship of my children and child support was reduced to zero. The victory is huge, but more than that; the partnership I felt I had from Scott was what propelled me forward in this case. He always was very timely in response via both phone or email and always kept me very involved as a strategic partner in the process. You may not have the same results I did, but you will have the same experience with Mr. Finelli; I could not recommend him more.

Scott Finelli will not let you down

Mr. Finelli is a trustworthy, attentive, reliable, caring attorney who will genuinely have your best interest at heart. I continue to use him as my child support attorney. He is responsive in a timely manner. He is very informative and answered any of my questions or concerns.
