Brandon James Kemp

Brandon Kemp is a dedicated attorney and proud Florida native, born in Safety Harbor and raised in Pasco County. A graduate of River Ridge High School, Mr. Kemp went on to earn his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a major in Finance from the University of Florida. Prior to entering the legal field, he gained valuable experience working in both the insurance and residential construction industries.

In 2009, Mr. Kemp entered the personal injury law profession by joining a Tampa Bay area law firm. It was during this time that Mr. Kemp’s passion for justice and advocacy took root. For more than a decade, he served in critical pre-litigation roles, including case management as well as leading the firm’s intake department and other law office management responsibilities.

Inspired by his commitment to clients and the legal profession, Mr. Kemp decided to advance his ability to serve by pursuing a law degree. He enrolled at Western Michigan University’s Cooley Law School, graduating Cum Laude with his Juris Doctor in just 2 years, 4 months. After successfully passing the bar examination on his first attempt, he was admitted to The Florida Bar.
Mr. Kemp brings over 16 years of experience with personal injury insurance claims in both pre-litigation and litigation case strategy and management to his practice. Now a Partner at Pipas Law Group, he is dedicated to delivering aggressive, client-focused representation and ensuring those harmed by others receive the compensation they deserve.
Mr. Kemp has been nominated for numerous awards in the legal profession and is also a lifetime member of both The Million Dollar & Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum, an honor less than 1% of attorneys nationwide can claim.

Outside of his professional life, Mr. Kemp is a devoted father to two beautiful daughters. He enjoys spending his free time outdoors boating, jet skiing, wake surfing, snow skiing, and traveling. He has a long-standing reputation of giving back to numerous organizations and educational institutions in the community.
