We hired him almost a year ago for one very specific reason, to be able to relocate. He now tells us the retainer is used up and he NEVER FILED ANYTHING to do with that. He was impossible to get a hold of and couldn't have been more difficult when you did talk to him. He blatantly missed a court date..., which we would have gone to ourselves had we known how little he cared about his clients. We are now in a worse situation than we were before hiring him. He did nothing but take the money and ignore the case. We have all calls, emails and texts fully documented, which we told him. Very ironic that as soon as he heard we had him lying to us recorded on a phone, we haven't heard from him since and he pulled out of our case. Somehow that lined up perfectly with how much money we had already paid him. Don't risk your money or welfare of your family with this guy. He's a joke!
