Scott Spencer Tremblay

Scott Tremblay is a graduate of the University of South Florida, where he majored in Criminal Justice. After graduation in 1999, he worked as Assistant Manager for American Investigation Management, which entailed setting up surveillance, tailing claimants, documenting activities with video and written reports, and providing background checks on claimants. Scott Tremblay attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School from 1999-2002 where he was awarded Juris Doctor and CUM LAUDE. Scott also made Dean’s List,and Honor Roll, and was rank 24 out of 146 in Law School. 

In 2003 Scott went on to become an Assistant State Attorney in the 6th Judicial Circuit where he worked on misdemeanor and felony cases. This included filing and responding to motions, sending discovery, preparing subpoenas and participating in jury as well as non-jury trials.

In 2007 Scott Tremblay started his own private practice focused mainly on criminal defense. As the practice grew, Scott began to handle a variety of cases including family law, personal injury, and general civil litigation.
