Why wont he call back?
Mr Windlan was my devoice attorny back in 2001. Did a great job. Had to go back and us him again cause my ex wouldnt let me leave the state with out son(he never saw) won that now I'm back for a 3rd time. worse than bad
Broke attorney/client priviledge. (nothing bad either, just something I said to him in confidence regarding giving the ex money) He told the other counsil what I said, and that resulted in a motion for contempt against me with opposing counsil quoting Mr. Windlan "he told me he wasn't going to pay it...
