Worst ever

I hired him for a case he filed one motion and never did anything else. I am being told now he never responded to the other letters. This is now costing me my case. He kept all the money and never refunded a dime. He is very shady.

Why wont he call back?

Mr Windlan was my devoice attorny back in 2001. Did a great job. Had to go back and us him again cause my ex wouldnt let me leave the state with out son(he never saw) won that now I'm back for a 3rd time. Get my ex to sign over all his right which he said he would do. Mr Windlan said it would take 2-...3 to finialize and in the those 2-3 months I have not been able to talk to him. Let messages, and emails and still nothing. I live out of state so it is not like I can sit on his door step and wait for him. Only on have any suggestions on how to get a hold of him? He has already been pad.

worse than bad

Broke attorney/client priviledge. (nothing bad either, just something I said to him in confidence regarding giving the ex money) He told the other counsil what I said, and that resulted in a motion for contempt against me with opposing counsil quoting Mr. Windlan "he told me he wasn't going to pay it...". My payment crossed in the mail with this motion. Did not even have the basic fundamental knowledge of law, let alone any amount of knowledge for him to assert that he has a specialty. This resulted in 3 continuences, and now his firing. If you must throw money away, just give it to me, If I did nothing for you, it would be better than ruining a case for you such as Mr. Windlan did for me. I also sense he's making a habbit out of this.
