I had hired Mr Rock to represent me in a Chapter 7 bankruptcy case. I paid him in full a head of time and he did not represent me. Back in 2021 I was diagnosed with heart failure and placed on the heart transplant list. At this time I gave my step son all the rights to the rifles that we had had b...c the chances of receiving a heart were poor. I came down as a last ditch chance for a 3 opinion in 2024 and had my surgery here in Florida. At that time, I had lost everything including my truck, my home and my relationship of almost 12 years. I met with Mr Rock and right off the bat I was referred to as a "non-Christian", even though this man didn't know me from Adam. The fun didn't stop there, I was referred to as "boy" and many other slangs being almost 52. On several occasions I had to go back into his office because Mr Rock and his front desk help were unable to communicate between the wall barrier! Let's just say 7 times! 7 times things had to be fixed! He complained to me on several occasions that the money he charges wasn't enough, go figure. On my 2nd meeting with the creditors, he didn't even show up! So, do yourself the favor and do it yourself or find an actual attorney who will stand and fight for you and not sit behind his desk with a napkin tucked inside his shirt!

I had a very difficult case. I had inherited a home from my mother. I put the home on the market about a year ago. There was a reverse mortgage on the home, and long story short, there were probate and foreclosure issues that I was told would not be an issue if I was to sell quickly. Again, long ...story short, I finally had a buyer ready to move quickly. As the process of the sale began I discovered that those issues with probate were monumental. In fact an attorney from a large firm wanted about $8000 to resolve the issues, and it would have taken several months to so. That would have put me long past the foreclosure sale, and I would have lost the home to the bank. I had hired Mr. Rock previously to have the foreclosure sale continued for 120 days.. That gave me plenty of time to find a buyer and sell. And I did. I went back to Mr. Rock with my mess, and through all sorts of emergency filings, many phone calls and emails, court appearances, etc. etc, etc. he was able to work through all of the issues at lightning speed. Everyone involved was absolutely amazed at what he was able to do, and the sale went through without a hitch. Even after the sale, and after I happily paid for his services, he is still working with the mortgage co. lawyers to help me have some funds returned to me for "overages" in the final payout to the bank. Over the years I have had to deal with all sorts of lawyers, but I have NEVER had an attorney show so much care and diligence to help me the way Mr. Rock did. My REMAX realtor will now be referring her clients to Mr. Rock as will the rest of us that watched my mess unfold into total success. I wish there were 5 more stars to click on.
