Dan Kevin Duryea

I owe this man my life. When I was a juvenile and had 9 or so charges I never sat one minute in a general housing unit in jail. He ALWAYS got me off on fines or probation. Into adulthood I had a Felony Possession Of Controlled Substance and he got it Nolle Prosequi (paperwork already filed but prose...cutor dropped the case). I’m NOT going to say he is a “affordable” attorney but well well well worth your money for your freedom. I TRUST THIS MAN WITH MY LIFE! He is also 210% honest with you, sometimes to honest. He will tell you what you are facing in jail time and such. He’s a Vanderbilt graduate and defiantly has the “correct” connections you’d need in the courtroom. He’s the only attorney I’ve seen to this DAY walk around and chat with the bailiff and judge WITHOUT PERMISSION he for sure has the right people On his side for you.

Dan Duryea is one of the most honest attorneys I met with. He told me exactly the way it was and although it wasn't what I wanted to hear, he was honest, unlike others, who promised me the world and could not deliver. Me. Duryea made me feel comfortable and was always very professional. He worked out... payment arrangements with me and in the end, I avoided jail time.

Mr. Duryea represented me for a Driving While License Suspended charge I received a year ago. He charged me a fair fee and was able to negotiate a plea deal for me that got me out of serving ANY jail time. He was honest and straightforward about all the possible penalties during our consultation, and... did an excellent job at my later court date where my plea was accepted. I recommend Mr. Duryea to EVERYONE. I cannot say enough wonderful things about him!
