I have hired Dale Bernstein on numerous occasions. He has always been fair and straight to the point. I was prompted to write this review based on the reviews that I read on this site. People are complaining about the fees and Mr. Bernstein's "bedside manner" if you will. First of all the hourly rate... is the standard for this area. Secondly, Mr. Bernstein does not "sugar coat" anything, if he feels that he cannot help you, he will tell you just that. I find that a good quality in an attorney. The last thing that I would want is to throw money at false hope. Mr. Bernstein will tell you exactly what he believes that he can do for you, not what you believe can be done for you and in my opinion that is why people have put negative reviews on here. I recommend Dale Bernstein to all of my friends.

Mr. Bernstein was very professional in our dealings. I was impressed by his thoroughness and knowledge of the statues that was relevant to my case. The actual experience in the court room was quick ,decisive and to the end of a dismissal of all charges. The fees for my case I thought was very fair ...and reasonable. I would not hesitate to hire Mr. Bernstein again or refer him to my friends and family.
