Jeffrey Robert Thibault

I used Jeffery Thibault in a bankruptcy case. Everything went fine for the first year into the case. Then the case was dismissed and we cannot get a response from the attorney why or what happened to all the money. Months of phone calls unanswered, and when I go to the practice his receptionist says ...she doesn't know anything and he's not available. We will now have to hire another attorney not only for the bankruptcy but to proceed in a case against Jeffrey Thibault to recover funds.

Have been working with him for several years. Since the beginning it was difficult to talk with him or have him return phone calls. He kept reassuring me that the IRS threats were meaningless. When that was proved otherwise he would not take or return calls leaving me "in the dark" as how to proceed.... He has provided very few updates, usually after many inquiries and only scant information after many attempts to reach him. I'm still waiting for transcripts of verbal communications and copies of written correspondence.
