Exemplarily Family Law Attorney Highly Recommend!!!!!
I sought Stacy’s legal services to assist in the adoption of my little boy who is almost four and a half years old. My case was complex and delicate, and has taken much longer than usual due to exigent circumstances, almost two years. It required a perfect balance of legal knowledge, insight, strategy, assertiveness and patience. The circumstances involved a voluntary surrender of parental rights and a bureaucratic system rife with red tape, personal agenda and ineptitude.
Stacy’s passion and dedication are second to none. She was with me step for step throughout. When I had my doubts and frustrations with the system, she was always there to reassure and restore me with confidence to keep driving going forward. She was phenomenal with communicating and orchestrating with all parties involved, and knew when to step up the pressure or to remain patient if the situation dictated it even though the urge was to go full speed.
Stacy gets directly to the point and immediately sifts through and dismisses all frivolous arguments that are presented, whether through communications, or while standing in court. She is the perfect diplomat, yet knows when to be very strong and assertive, whether it is in the courtroom or all the behind the scenes aspects of a pending adoption.
If a family member or close friend needed an attorney for a family law matter, I would recommend her unconditionally. My case closed on 11/18/21, and because of Stacy’s dedication and incredible proficiency as an attorney, I am now the legal parent of my little boy and have acquired all the benefits he is entitled to by law.
I would highly recommend Stacy Moord as your attorney. She helped guide me from the beginning to the completion of my case. Her office staff was also a pleasure to work with. They were very prompt with getting information out and answering any questions that I had. Stacy is a true professional who treats her clients like family, always looking out for their best interest.

Stacey is Awesome
Stacey and her team were professional, personable, and proficient. She fought for my children and I as if we were part of her family and she kept on-going communication with me throughout the process. Strongly recommended if you want someone with an “I’m not playing games” mentality and ready to go to war for your cause. Thanks so much Stacey, you rock!

Highly Recommended
We contacted Stacy from out-of-state and she fought tooth and nail to get the outcome that we deserved. She made sure that we were prepared for our court hearing, discussed possible outcomes, and she had a “game plan” for every single one of them. She was COMPLETELY HONEST with us! We can’t thank her enough for fighting for our family,

Great
Stacy was honest from the start. She did not give me false hope nor misguide my expectations of my case. She listened to my concerns and passed no judgment on my situation. She gave me worse case scenario so that I was not surprised by any results.
