I first met Jane in 2004. At that time she wrote a durable power of attorney that is as valuable today as it was the day she wrote it. I had to contact her recently about matters relating to that document. I felt very fortunate to have her clarity and patience in guiding me through what could have... been a mine field. When questions regarding the needs of someone who is incapacitated arise, people can become very tense and forget that their ultimate goal is the welfare of the incapacitated person. Jane has been able to help me and my family members to remember that we are all seeking the best interest of someone who needs special support. She responded very quickly.
