Atty Dylewski is simply the best attorney that I have had dealings with. My last attorney was a boweavel who had dealings with my ex's attorney. It was a mess dealing with them. I had Ms. Dylewski in 2004-2005 and if anyone can get the other side to "tell" on themselves, she is the attorney you want. I had past issues with drugs, cleaned myself up but my past was going to be an uphill battle to keep the children I raised since birth. Diane Dyluski is a no nonsense attorney with a knack for causing the truth to be heard. So why the mixed reviews? reasons 1. Be honest with your attorney. far be it for me to suggest that people lie about thier spouse/ex spouse and attempt to place themselves in the clean. This is Rarely if ever... the case. so tell your attorney anything that is relevant even if it looks bad on you. Those who lie to thier attorney lose thier own case. 2. Work with your attorney. Keep records. investigate. Get reports. She can only prove what you have proof of. Matlock was a good tv show,not reality. Stop watching court tv. Judge Judy is also a tv show. NOT reality. 3. Diane Dyluski is a lawyer NOT a politician. As much as we all want an attorney to carry a cell phone to be on call day and night to answer our endless questions during one of the most stressful times of our lives, is that really reasonable for us to expect. With other clients, a vast array of research that must be done, not to mention families and lives of thier own perhaps our expectations could be a little more realistic. 4.Her goal is to help your child and win your case. Be prepared. This is not fun. She will have to tell you the facts in your case including the things you don't want to hear.A GOOD LAWYER WILL DO THAT. so grow a backbone and a thicker skin. You are going to need it in court anyway. DIANE DYLUSKI is a bulldog in court. If she says you have a case you have a case. She has been my lawyer. Needless to say I have no regrets other than I should have done it sooner.
