Biography
For the past 33 years I have had the pleasure of assisting thousands of Marion County residents and visitors through some of the difficult parts of their lives. My clients have taught me the legal process can be a frightening and confusing experience. I have always tried to explain, without legal jargon, what my clients are facing, what are their options, and what are the possible range of outcomes that may derive from any choice they make. There is no one who knows better what is best for any client than the client himself. This office makes every document, every communication, and every court experience available to the client as soon as possible. Every decision made in any case in which I am attorney of record is made by the client.
After 33 years of practice the legal issues in any case are very familiar, however the people we meet continue to be diverse and fascinating every day.
