I Called CJ Henry Law office and spoke with Archie Blair to see if I would be eligible for SSD. He said that I had sufficient disabilities to file. When I determined that I would do this he advised me to start the process on my own and call me after you are denied. I was denied and called him. We... then started an appeal. I worked with their team especially Tina Blair who coordinated filing and paperwork . I was denied once again and filed for a court date. Before the hearing, Archie was very detailed explaining the process. This part became very stressful because of uncertainty of what will transpire on the actual court date. I was very fortunate that I spoke with Archie at length to prepare for the hearing and with all his experience figured out what was needed to complete the main objective. I received a letter that was a fully favorable outcome.
