A pitbull in the courtroom... Well worth the money. I never had a attorney work a well as her. Absolutely would not take no for an answer. Was looking at a mandatory 30 years for a prr violation. Ended up with a pretty misdemeanor and 3 months in jail.. Thank you Carrie for not being a typical Ocala... attorney!!

Made the HUGE MISTAKE of hiring Carrie Proctor as my defense atty. Not only did she mis-file court documents resulting in the charges being filed as a felony instead of misdemeanor, but I made NUMEROUS attempts to contact her via phone AND in writing and NEVER received a response. Her mishandling o...f my case has LITERALLY effected my ability to obtain employment in my field of social work (due to being filed as felony record) or even be approved by the school board to VOLUNTEER at my child's school! Needless to say, none of this seemed to matter to her. She was paid in full up front & I was left to fend for myself. Would NEVER RECOMMEND her to even my worst enemy!
