Austin Todd Dailey

Austin T. Dailey is an attorney with the law firm of Klein and Klein in Ocala, Florida. His practice consists predominantly of real property law, corporate law, commercial lease law, real estate land use, estate planning, and probate matters.

Austin was born and raised in Ocala and received a Bachelor of Science degree in Food and Resource Economics from the University of Florida’s College of Agriculture and Life Sciences in 2015. During his time at the University of Florida, Austin was an active member of Florida Blue Key, UF Student Government, and the Alpha Gamma Rho Fraternity.

Austin received his J.D. from Florida State University College of Law in 2018. Austin worked throughout law school and completed clerkships with the legal divisions of: the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, the Florida Department of Environmental Protection, and the Florida Legislature’s House of Representatives Majority attending law school, Austin was recognized for earning the top grade in his Water Law course and was an executive board member of the LitiGators club for UF alumnus at FSU Law and served as an Interim Justice on the FSU Student Government’s Supreme Court.
