Was unkind and not helpful. Said he made his money by suing people. Did not give helpful alternatives to the situation. Almost stood up for me to leave.

Waste of time. Charged me a $25 fee to talk to him I canceled a week before found someone that does not charge. They refused to refund my money.

Not very knowledgeable just looking for a paycheck... Strings along people at his church for all the wrong reasons and greed.. Will tell you lies and promise you the world but for himself and himself only..... Just an all around horrible experience and would not recommend to anyone.

I did not want to accept Defendants offer. I instructed him to take it to trial, but he said "trust me as your attorney." He failed in following up to make sure my insurance paid the bills for therapy. I believe he sold himself out to the defense.

I hired Mr. Plappert to look into a will and trust. After finding errors on his part, I decided to let him go. He choose not to return my retainer and I recently had to go to arbitration to get it returned.
