Daniel was very pleasant and knowledgeable during the initial consult and I was excited to have him as my lawyer. Once I paid the $5,000 deposit things went south fast. I was told once I made the deposit I would receive a letter of intent that day. 6 weeks later and a bunch of attitude and rudeness f...rom his staff over several phone calls I still have not received that letter. I was told 4 different times that I would receive the letter via email to sign by the end of the day. The last phone call I was told by one of his assistant Catherine that he wasn’t even sure he was going to take the case on that is why I haven’t received the letter yet and he is out of the country now and unavailable . Why would I pay $5,000 if he wasn’t going to take the case on? ( He told me personally that he would take the case on and all I had to do was pay the deposit which I did). The ladies in that office are rude, disrespectful and a bunch of liars. When I asked for my money back to hire a different lawyer Jessica told me that they don’t do refunds. Now I’ve wasted 6weeks of my time and have to fight to get my deposit back. Do yourself a favor and don’t make the same mistake I did by hiring this circus. I would give 0 stars if I could.
