Failed in DUE PROCESS of "FLORIDA LAWS of EVICTION" to file legally required court documents. Instead, had a process server post a harassing and threatening letter posted on tenants door. The TENANT had to move from the rental house after hurricane flooding of parts the interior of the house making ...it a Health Hazard to stay in.
