I will just reiterate the last review. The firm was very nice to my mother as she set up their estate but when she died and left my Alzheimer's ridden father and me to find our way through the next few years I can only describe it as a nightmare. Mr Mazzeo was largely unavailable and midway through... Shelley his paralegal quit so it extended things further. When my father died I tried to keep a better handle on things but it took a year to close an estate worth less than 20k!!

My review is simply in regards to the settlement of my parent's estate. While my parent was happy with the advice they received in regards to their elder care needs, my family was very dissatisfied by the time and effort made in finalizing the estate. There was poor communication and mistakes due t...o lack of attention to detail. It seems like we had to continuing follow up on the status. There were extensions filed and excuses offered (the old "computer glitch"). My parent's estate was very simple and all the information in regards to his investements were in the law firms' file so there was no need for it to take over 2 years to complete.
