The best in Venice
If I could give Brent 10 stars I would. He is articulate, professional and so caring. He came in at last minute and changed his busy schedule to accommodate settling a hearing that was already scheduled so we would not have to delay. I highly recommend Brent, he is an excellent lawyer!!

Best Attorney in SW Florida
I was picked up on a VOP warrant. 12 days being extradited to Floida in custody. Released on bond. I contacted Brent Mcpeek. He was very knowledgable with all aspects of the law. Too passive.. lets other lawyers walk over him
seems more worried about saving face with the opposing attorney. And when it comes down to it he wont go before the judge on a child custody case mainly because he doesn't care to practice in front of that judge. Don't waste your money, he will take it but he wont do anything for you.. We are now on...
