Biography
I am Daniel Lewis. I was born and raised in Sarasota, Florida. I graduated from the University of Florida (Go Gators!) and got my law degree from Gonzaga University (Go Zags!) I still live and work in Sarasota. Only now, I am the proud husband and father to my wife and three daughters.
I was a prosecutor in Sarasota for the State Attorney’s Office after passing the Bar Exam. While there, I prosecuted misdemeanor, felony, and juvenile cases. After leaving the State Attorney’s Office, I entered private practice. While there, I represented banks and mortgage lenders in foreclosing residential properties.
Now, I am using all the trial and litigation skills over the years to help people in their time of need. If someone is trying to take your home, property, or your freedom few lawyers have the broad skill set to assist you.
