William E Gaylor III

WILLIAM E. GAYLOR III    Attorney at Law

Attorney Gaylor received his B.A. from Asbury College in 1986,  his J.D. from the  Washington College of Law at the American University  in 1989,  and his LL.M ( Master of Laws in Estate Planning) from the University of Miami Law School in 1990. He is a member of the Florida Bar Associations, and Sarasota County Bar Association, and is a memeber of the Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law Section of both Bar Associations,
and was a Past Chair of the local bar section. He is aso a member of the Southwest Flroida Estate Planning Gaylor Served on the Board of Directors od the Community Foundation of Sarasota County, Inc.,
was chair from 1995 to 1997, and currently Muirhead, Gaylor & Steve, L.L.P. serves a general counsel to the Foundation. He joined the New College Liberty Association Board in 1998 and
was elected to the Development Comittee. He served on the Board of SCOPE ( Sarasota County Openly Plans for Excellence ) from 2002-2006. In 1999 he was elected to the Board of Director of the Southeastern Council of Foundations headquartered in Atlanta, Georgia, and is currently in his second year as  Board Chair. Additionally, he has served on the boards of the Sarasota County Arts Council; American Center Society ( Venice Chapter); the Laurel Civic Association and Community Aids Network. Attorney Gaylor has served as an adjunt professor at Manatee Community College.
