I operate an estate planning law firm consisting of five attorneys. The firm's focus is comprehensive estate and tax planning, accomplished by drafting various legal instruments to protect assets, express client wishes, and assist family members in making difficult health care decisions when clients can no longer do so. Documents drafted include: wills, trusts, durable power of attorney, healthcare surrogacy/living wills, and HIPAA compliance.
The firm's objective is to provide peace of mind to our clients that they have the necessary documents in place to ensure their wishes are executed when they no longer can act for themselves. Each client gets the individual attention they need and deserve to ensure this objective is achieved.
