My sister and I flew in to Florida in a tailspin to help my mother with my elderly father who, one late eve, was transported to the ER. Everything, in a short period, became a blur- "information overload" - as we realized a nightmare- our always smart, sweet, caring father would have to be quickly an...d permanently moved to a memory care facility. We, after making a lot of calls, to not only find a highly reputable attorney, but one we felt we could trust and one who would be willing to quickly answer a multitude of pressing questions (and he didn't nickel- and -dime us, by the way), still feel so fortunate to have found John Ferrari amidst an overwhelming sea of Florida estate planning/elder care attorneys. He is awesome. If I lived in Florida, I would definitely use him for my own planning needs. My mom now tells everybody she knows about him and his excellent service.
