Alan Dean Tuck Jr

Alan Tuck is a Florida Supreme Court certified Circuit Court and County Court Mediator available to help you resolve civil litigation throughout southwest Florida. Since completing his certification in 2016, he has mediated over 550 cases in the 12th Judicial Circuit.

Alan’s experience as a military pilot, attorney and corporate executive provides a unique background and experience base for mediaion. He has also served his community as a board member and president of multiple home owner and condominium associations, and as the president of two country clubs. Creative conflict resolution has been the key to his success.

Alan graduated from the US Air Force Academy and served as a USAF fighter pilot for eight years. After leaving the US Air Force, he continued flying in general aviation and has a commercial pilots license with instrument rating. He graduated from the University of California School of Law in Davis, California in 1975, passed the Bar exam, and practiced in Ontario, California before becoming involved in a manufacturing corporation as Corporate Counsel, and Vice President. Eight United States and many foreign patents are evidence of his creative approach to problem solving.
