Biography
Kenny received his Juris Doctor from Capital University Law School in Columbus, Ohio in 2013. As a law student, Kenny focused his studies on Corporate Law and Labor & Employment Law, and he was also an active member of the Employment Law and Business Law student groups. During law school, he worked in the legal department for Emerson Network Power where he was involved with employment, commercial transaction, and contract administration issues.
Prior to attending law school, Kenny earned his Bachelors degree in Political Science from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio. During his time at Miami, Kenny also studied Philosophy, receiving a minor in Ethics, and he was heavily involved in student life and clubs sports, captaining the Miami University Men’s Rugby Football Club to consecutive National Final Four appearances.
Kenny joined Eraclides, Gelman, Hall, Indek, Goodman & Waters after relocating to Sarasota, Florida with his wife in 2014. He is licensed to practice in the State of Florida, focusing primarily in the field of Workers’ Compensation, and remains licensed to practice in Ohio, as well.
