RON FILIPKOWSKI IS A TWO BIT THUG. FILIPKOWSKI HAS NO COURT ROOM DECORUM WHICH IS EXACTLY THE MANNER IN WHICH HE CONDUCTS HIMSELF IN THE CONSULT.
