Elizabeth Rose Kasweck

Rose has dedicated her entire career to advocating for people who have been injured by the wrongful or negligent acts of others. She began her practice handling exclusively medical malpractice cases before branching into all areas of personal injury including auto accidents, premises liability, sexual assault, and negligent security. She is proud to have been made a partner in her starting firm within her first four years of practice. She has obtained millions of dollars on behalf of her injured clients and their families over the course of her career and is proud to call many of her former clients friends for life.

Before obtaining her Juris Doctorate degree with honors from the University of Florida Levin College, she graduated from the University of Florida Warrington College of Business with a Bachelor of Arts in Business Administration, making her a Double Gator. While in law school, she interned for the Brevard County Attorney’s Office. Afterwards, she received a certificate recognizing her pro bono work on behalf of the local population.

Rose is authorized to practice in all Florida courts, and she is a member of the Florida Justice Association and Society of Women Trial Lawyers.
