Matt was hired to represent me and did nothing to move my case forward in the year I had him. he seemed more concerned about pleasing the petitioners attorney than helping me. When I was a diagnosed with a health condition, I asked him to postpone any upcoming court dates. He took it upon himself ...to instead go to court without me and without me even knowing anything about it. The same day he "represented" me in court he filed a motion to withdraw from my case, I'm sure it was because he knew I would be very upset that he went without my consent and then on top of it sided with the opposing party. I first met Attorney Kowtko in June of 2014. I inquired about a noncontestant divorce. Matt (as I call him) was extremely professional, knowledgeable and assisted me with all the necessary steps needed to start the process.
