Mr. Gambert is a native Floridian born and raised in Daytona Beach, Florida. He attended the University of Florida where he graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in History. Mr. Gambert attended Barry University School of Law in Orlando, Florida, where he graduated with a Juris Doctorate.
After law school, Mr. Gambert served as an Assistant State Attorney in the 12th Judicial Circuit. Mr. Gambert prosecuted cases in the felony, misdemeanor and juvenile divisions, where he litigated all phases of cases, and participated in numerous jury trials. Mr. Gambert then entered private practice successfully defending a wide range of cases from DUI to property and drug crimes. His litigation experience as a prosecutor and defense attorney provides a well rounded perspective in the negotiations, motions, and trials he conducts for his clients.
Mr. Gambert began his career in private practice litigating for creditor's rights in foreclosure actions. Mr. Gambert's vast array of experience as a creditor's rights attorney provides a unique perspective in the representation of his clients against these same creditors.
Mr. Gambert is admitted to practice before all Florida State Courts as well as the U.S. Northern, Middle, and Southern District Courts of Florida. Mr. Gambert is a member of the Hillsborough County Bar Association, Sarasota Bar Association, Florida Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers, and John M. Scheb American Inn of Court.

Replied last August 22, 2022While I cannot directly comment on the conversation under the rules of the Florida Bar, I disagree with her recollection of our two minute phone conversation. I am very familiar with the adoption laws in the State of Florida. I always thoroughly advise clients or potential client on the law, even when it is adverse to their position.

Ineffective and unresponsive

DIVORCE
My wife filled for Divorce in Jan. 2019. I received a letter from him saying I had on so many days to get a lawyer. After talking with him, I hired him $2000.00. It cost me $3100.00 when it was all said and done, he did nothing for me. He was the worst lawyer in Florida as far as I'm concerned.
