Amazing Attorney!!! I was involved in a collision in July, 2019. Not my fault, I was hit head on by a person driving the wrong way down a major highway. Mr. Arcaro was recommended to me by a few of my riding buddies. I never expected the kind of experience I was about to have. My accident happened on... a Friday morning on my way to work. I was released from the hospital in the late afternoon. It was about 5 PM when I left a message on Mr. Arcaro's voicemail, expecting not to hear back till Monday. I was floored when he returned my call within minutes and spoke with me for almost an hour. He assisted me in every aspect of my case. From start to finish he was incredible. He and his assistant Lindsey were constantly updating me on everything. I spoke with one of them at least once a week if not more. I never felt like a bother if I had to call or ask a question. They were truly amazing and made it so easy to focus on healing my injuries instead of dealing with insurance companies. I couldn't be more grateful for the assistance and service I received. 5 stars is simply not enough to describe these wonderful people.

I say law office, as every person I had contact with was top notch. Ric has to be one of the world's best "explainers". He made previously unfamiliar topics easy to understand and made procedures easy to follow. Always easy to contact, and always with time to speak and address any question with the c...ase. Knowing these can get long and go unread, I'll just say my experience with this office was absolutely excellent all-around, performance and results also excellent. My highest recommendation. My car was totaled while I sat stopped at a red light. I was hit from behind and pushed up under the truck in front of me. I was now without transportation and I was hurt. My daughter's caretaker heard what happened to me and called Mr. Arcaro on my behalf and asked them to call me. Lindsey, Mr. Arca...ro's paralegal,  called me immediately after and set up an appointment for me to meet Mr. Arcaro. I can not say enough about the help, compassion, along with the efficiency and professionalism of both Mr. Arcaro and Lindsey. They helped me with everything from day one.
