My client while working fell from a ladder that was negligently installed by defendants sub- contractor. Also no permit was obtained . Defendant denied the ladder was installed by his sub- contractor. ... My investigators found four other buildings in three states constructed by defendant. Each contained similar ladders. I hired a welding expert who examined the ladders and testified they ladders had unique welds. My client suffered from a brain injury. Each of the three Defendants paid $1,000,000.00 after the cross examination of their clients and the depositions of my three experts. Two attorneys had rejected the case before I was retained.
