Medical Malpractice Case

I was rejected my this law firm because, "Unfortunately, our small law firm is not in a position to undertake such a complicated case in another county." Simple medical malpractice case resulting in toe amputation.

A truly EXCELLENT Lawyer

We had a medical malpractice case that lasted several years. But, through it, all George stayed dedicated to the case and really delivered. During the proceedings it was very evident that he and his team really did their research and they put on an excellent case. Also, throughout the process, he ke...pt us informed of what his strategy would be and kinds of things we could expect during the depositions and trial. Not only did we finally get our day in court but in the end we were awarded the judgement. Thank You George McClain! He is a dependable man of integrity who we very much appreciate. We have recently moved but George will always be our legal point person.

Avvo Rating

Our Rating is calculated using information the lawyer has included on their profile in addition to the information we collect from state bar associations and other organizations that license legal professionals. Attorneys who claim their profiles and provide Avvo with more information tend to have a higher rating than those who do not.

What determines Avvo Rating?
  • Experience & background Years licensed, work experience, education
  • Legal community recognition Peer endorsements, associations, awards
  • Legal thought leadership Publications, speaking engagements
  • Discipline Disciplinary information may not be comprehensive, or updated. We recommend that you always check a lawyer's disciplinary status with their respective state bar association before hiring them.
