Alison H. Haskins

Alison H. Haskins, Esq. represents clients and families across the United States who have been injured by adverse vaccine reactions.   Prior to joining Maglio Christopher & Toale, PA, Ms. Haskins was a shareholder at a business and litigation law firm in Sarasota, Florida.  She is admitted to the practice of law in the State of Florida in addition to being admitted to practice before the United States District Court, Middle District of Florida, and before the United States Court of Federal Claims in Washington, DC.

Over her fifteen-plus year career, Ms. Haskins has handled complex civil litigation matters, multi-million dollar settlements, detailed state filings, and intricate secured transactions. She has also handled claims matters and negotiated settlements with local and state entities.  Throughout her career Ms. Haskins’ practice has focused on legal settlements and negotiation.

Ms. Haskins graduated cum laude from Duke University and cum laude  from the University of Florida College of Law.  At the University of Florida she received a Book Award for achieving the highest grade in Alternative Dispute Resolution.
