Tiffany A Grant

We paid Ms. Grant to write a Simple Will, Durable POA, Health Care Surragate & Living Will for both me and my husband back in 2013. She did a nice job in preparing this for us. This week we called to make a few changes to our Will and was told "Tiffany is no longer in the Estate Planning Business". ... We never received any notice of this, from her or her office. If I hadn't called, we never would've known. I asked about the Original Documents which she was holding, and was told I could come pick them up, which I did. They didn't even offer to make the minor amendment for us. They just said we can give you some other attorney's name, but you're going to have to negotiate with them yourself. I think this is very bad business, and very disappointing, now we have to pay again for a whole new Will with a new Attorney. I would not recommend this law office.
