Mr Benedict's practice includes estate planning, probate and trust administration, residential real property transactions and corporations. He is admitted to the Florida, New York and Connecticut Bars, The United States District Court for the Middle District of Florida, and is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Section of the Florida Bar, and The Charlotte County Bar Association. He is an AV rated attorney and a member of the Florida Bar.
Mr. Benedict received his Master of Laws in Estate Planning (LLM) from the University of Miami School of Law in Coral Gables, Florida in 2001. He received his Juris Doctor degree from St. Thomas University School of Law in Miami, Florida in 1999 . He received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Stetson University in Deland, Florida in 1995.
Mr Benedict actively supports numerous charitable organizations in the area and participates in a variety of fund raising events. He currently serves on the Board of Trustees for Englewood Community Hospital.
