Mark A Creech

This guy is a joke. He does not care about you or your problems . He doesnt care about anything but how much money you have . He put my case on the backburner and screwed up the whole situation and has sprung up a ton of new charges out of nowhere. His services are terrible. I feel I would have gotte...n more accomplished sooner without him. I strongly urge you to not waist your time with this con man. Your better off representing yourself.

I had the worst experience ever with this attorney and I don't say that lightly. Very unprofessional, unorganized and rude to say the least. I hired him in march and it's is now October and I have hired another attorney to clean up the mess he has made.....or should I say , lack there of , because w...hat should have been a easy 1 month process has now turned into a 8 month nightmare. I have yet to receive ANY copies or documents of anything that was going on that I asked for on NUMEROUS occasions along with an itemized bill of where my money was going to, only to get the run around every time. Every time I asked Mark Creech a question regarding the case I wouldn't get an answer or he would raise his tone with me and become very defensive and told me if I kept questioning him he wouldn't be able to help me and to find someone else. This man is so unorganized that I didn't even sign an agreement until 5 months into it . He charged me for bogus meetings that never occurred. When I wanted to get a second opinion about a document he wanted me to sign I was informed to sign it now or he would fire me as a client. I said fire me because I'm doing the same. I would NOT recommend this guy in a million year!!!

I would definitely hire him again! He was very accessible, willing to answer questions and offer options for proceeding. I found him to be knowledgeable of property law, and able to explain it in understandable language. He provided timelines to manage my expectations which I found very helpful. ...He made a difficult situation manageable for me and moved quickly to resolve issues.

Mr. Creech did a great job of handling my divorce, I was very happy with the results, it didn't cost as much as I thought, and he did everything he said he would for me. I will tell my buddies about him. This is my second time writing this, I don"t think it went through the first time and I want to ...make sure it does. Thanks!

I am sure it is fair to say that I am a "PITA" client - having been faced with a nasty divorce - that came out of the clear blue sky. As a result, I was particularly emotional - Mr. Creech did his best to keep me calm, which I appreciate. Mr. Creech has a fantastic presence in court - and is very s...killed. When we went to court, I was very pleased with the results. (The only reason I said "Good" instead of "excellent" on "Kept me informed" is because I feel if he had "cc-ed" me when he filed docs with opposing counsel or with the court - in the form of "Progress Reports" - that may have helped me to stay calm- because then I would know what was going on, eliminating the need for me to pester him for updates)
